The MK-Seven Assault Rifle is an Assault Weapon in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It was introduced in Chapter 3: Season 1. The Mythic version of this weapon is The Foundation's MK-Seven Assault Rifle.
Functionality[]
The MK-Seven Assault Rifle is a fast firing, fully automatic rifle. When the player aims ,rather than slightly zooming and staying in third person they use the Red Dot Sight. This enables greater accuracy, but the recoil of the weapon must be controlled.
Stats[]
MK-Seven Assault Rifles range from dealing 18 to 22 damage per shot (162 - 198 damage per second). All MK-Seven Assault Rifles use 
Medium Bullets. The MK-Seven Assault Rifle has a headshot multiplier of 1.5x.

The MK-Seven Assault Rifle is a hitscan weapon.
Damage falloff:
- Damage falloff begins at 50 meters (10 tiles).
- Damage decreases down to 90% of its maximum at 75 meters (15 tiles).
- Damage reaches its minimum value of 86% of its maximum at 95 meters (19 tiles).
The MK-Seven Assault Rifle cannot be reloaded whilst aiming.

- December 10, 2021: Reduced Environmental Damage by 4. Decreased hipfire accuracy.
- Content Update v19.01 - 2:
- January 13, 2022: Decreased damage from 21/22/23/24/25 to 20/21/22/23/24.
Chapter 3: Season 2[]
- Update v20.00: Vaulted the MK-Seven Assault Rifle in all rarities.
- Content Update v20.00 From Saturday, April 2, at 4 AM ET to Monday, April 4, 2022, at 11:59 PM ET, the MK-Seven Assault Rifle will be unvaulted to promote voting for vaulted items to return.
- March 30th 2022: Reduced damage to players by 2 and damage to structures by 1.
- April 5th 2022: Vaulted the MK-Seven Assault Rifle since the voting day has arrived.

Trivia[]
- This is the first weapon without a scope to put the player in a first-person perspective when aiming down sights.
- The weapon uses the same aesthetic as members of The Seven, with its blue and red color scheme. This suggests why the weapon is named "MK-Seven."
- Before January 13, 2022, The MK-Seven had the same stats as the Legacy Combat Assault Rifle in all rarities, excluding accuracy-related stats.
- The MK-Seven Assault Rifle may have been reworked as the MK-Alpha Assault Rifle, as their design and name are very similar, although with different stats. It no longer includes The Seven's color scheme.
