Mad Moxxi is a Gaming Legends Series Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Mad Moxxi Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks. Mad Moxxi was first released in Chapter 6: Season 4 and is part of the Mayhem Set.
Mad Moxxi could also have been obtained by purchasing Borderlands 4 (2025) on the Epic Games Store before September 12th 2026.
