Strategy Guide[]
- The Makeshift Shotgun does more damage than an Uncommon and Rare Pump Shotgun and its fire rate is even better than a Rare Pump Shotgun.
- However, this weapon only has a magazine size of three and a lower headshot multiplier than the Pump Shotgun, making this weapon slightly weaker than a Pump Shotgun.
- The Makeshift Shotgun is one weapon that you could get away with not crafting. Its high fire rate and decent damage allows you to eliminate a player slightly quicker than the Pump Shotgun if your shots land nicely.
- The Makeshift shotgun is a good weapon to use early-game due to its headshot of over 100, guaranteeing an elimination if non-shielded.
Weapon ID[]
The Makeshift Shotgun is referred to as Shotgun Scrap in the files.
- Common: WID_Shotgun_Scrap_Athena_C
- Uncommon: WID_Shotgun_Scrap_Athena_UC

Trivia[]
- Makeshift Shotgun's design is based on the Husk Buster from Save the World.
- While it is shown to be pumped when firing and after a reload, this should theoretically be impossible as it does not have a proper pump-action system. Noted by how the forearm does not move.
