Mighty Monument was a Landmark in Fortnite: Battle Royale added in Chapter 3: Season 1 to the island Artemis. The Landmark itself can be located east of Sanctuary and north of The Joneses.
Overview[]
It is a small island with a once massive statue of The Foundation crossing his arms on a small pedestal. The statue is now broken in half just above the waist, presumably by the Imagined Order as they have previously occupied a majority of the island, and are enemies with him. A hut and a pier can also be found on the small island, alongside some fauna. The Statue stands over a private base, which cannot be accessed.

History[]
Chapter 3: Season 1[]
- Update v19.00
- Mighty Monument was added to the map.
- Update v19.10: The bushes lose Winterfest 2021 decorative lights.
- Update v19.20:
- February 2nd, 2022 Hotfix: Fixed an issue where if Off-Road Tires were used at props, it would throw them away no matter what it's thrown onto. This glitch also worked on the statue, and was abused by many players to cause a lot of lag.
- Update v19.40: Multiple stacks of tires were added to the location as a tribute to the Off-Road Tires glitch.
Chapter 3: Season 2[]
- Update v20.00: The statue of The Foundation is destroyed by the Imagined Order, leaving only the lower half of the body. It's head can still be seen in the water behind it.
Chapter 3: Season 3[]
- Update v21.00: Mighty Monument, as well as the remains of the Foundation statue have been spray painted with bright colors.
- No Sweat Summer: The statue of The Foundation now has a peace sign made of speakers on it. Decoration for the summer event litter the surrounding area.
Chapter 3: Season 4[]
- Update v22.00: The Landmark has been chromed over upon the arrival of The Herald and becomes Last Legs. Interestingly, the helmet of The Foundation is not chrome.

Trivia[]
- There is a small door under the legs of the foundation's statue which could have been unlocked in the future, but for now, as hackers have showed us, there is currently nothing there, not even a floor.
- Though this didn't happen and will never know what's inside
- Datamines showed that Earthquakes were meant to strike here, however it delayed for an unknown reason.
- During The End event, if the player modified their game to enable them to go closer to the flipping island, a version of the Foundation's Mantle was seen on its model. However it wasn't kept in the high quality version on Artemis, probably to reduce lag.
