Mizuki is the empress of the River Guard. She is the sister of Stray.
Like all other River Guardians, she is an expert swordswoman.
Personality[]
Mizuki is a strict and cold Empress. She appears to only show her true emotions in front of her brother, and is always ready to use her katana on anyone who dares to harm him.
History[]
Chapter 4: Season 2[]
In the cinematic trailer, she can be seen riding a Rogue Bike to MEGA City. She appears to express worry after seeing her brother, Stray, falling out of the Rift Gate's Sideways Rift.
As current Empress of the River Guard, she appeared to initally carry the Guard's long-held resentment of the Fox Clan. Her brother's exit of the River Guard has only strained prexistent tensions, and she threatens Drift as he appears to have taken a mentor-like role towards Stray.
In the Syndicate Quests, impressed by The Looper's swordsmanship, she agreed to unite with the Peace Syndicate as an ally if they can secure them a meeting with Fox Clan. As a result she later attends a dinner between the three groups, and the River Guard's historic rivalry with the clan is cleared, forming peace between the Syndicates.
Chapter 6: Season 1[]
Mizuki returned to her home reality: Reality: 783, residing in Lost Lake alongside the rest of the River Guard. Upon the emergence of magic and elemental masks on the island, she reflects on the Guard's history with the Fox Clan, as well as their mended relationship.
Despite her worries, Mizuki appears to be on good terms with the Fox Clan and their members - greeting Vi with the reassurance that she and the Guard seek no trouble, and looks out for her brother, warning him to keep his eyes sharp. Despite her earlier threats towards Drift, she now appears to be neutral in regards to him.
Like Vi, she expresses a disliking and weariness of Daigo and his family.
