Functionality[]

The Modular Warforged Assault Rifle is a fully automatic, medium damage assault rifle that excels at close ranged combat, but suffers at longer ranges due to its high recoil and damage falloff.

The Modular Warforged Assault Rifle is a Projectile weapon, with First Shot Accuracy enabled.

Damage falloff:

Damage falloff begins at 50 meters (10 tiles).
Damage steadily decreases down to 80% of its maximum at 75 meters (15 tiles).

It is ill-advised to use the Modular Warforged Assault Rifle without an Optic, as its accuracy and horizontal recoil without it are mediocre.
The Modular Warforged Assault Rifle especially well with the low magnification Optics, like the Red Eye Sight and Holo-13 Optic.

Counters[]

The Modular Warforged Assault Rifle has a very slow reload to accommodate for its larger magazine, so engaging with an enemy when they attempt to reload it can be beneficial.
The Modular Warforged Assault Rifle will struggle at longer ranges, due to its high damage falloff and recoil. Weapons like the Modular Huntress DMR or Modular Enforcer AR can exploit that weakness particularly well.
