Mr. Blasty has an Exotic version called Krusty's Mr. Blasty.

Mr. Blasty is a slow-firing, 6-round pistol with a good headshot multiplier. It has first-shot accuracy and uses medium ammo, so its range values and uses are comparable to an Assault Rifle, minus the fast firing.

The Mr. Blasty is best used in a similar fashion to a Revolver, as a sort of rifle replacement, due to it using the same ammo type as most rifles, and being very high powered.
The Mr. Blasty, similar to the Six Shooter, has a slightly slower fire rate when ADS compared to hipfire, 2.25 when ADS versus 3 when from the hip, so if you're at long range, every shot counts.
