Behavior[]
DEFEAT MYSTERIO![]
Mysterio will be walking around the central park of Doomstadt and checking his surroundings, patiently waiting for any interaction as he Illusory Warps around the corners of the park. While he roams around he will not attack the player on sight unless he is attacked or they get too close to him. While in this state, Mysterio will also have high damage resistance.
If Mysterio is found patrolling he will not attack the player on sight unless he is attacked, they block his patrol path for too long, or they aim their weapon at him for too long.
Special Abilities[]
- Illusory Warp
- Mysterio vanishes in puff of smoke, before suddenly appearing behind his target. He will only use this ability when taken out of his Idle state via any of the following methods.
- Illusory Mimics
- Mysterio charges up his illusory tech, leaps into the air and vanishes before reappearing with two clones who cannot deal damage and drop no loot when eliminated. He will only begin to use this ability once he reaches less than 50% shields, 0% shields, and less than 50% health.
- There cannot be more than two clones at any moment and he will only reactivate his ability at least one clone is eliminated at the right health intervals. Making the remaining clone despawn to refresh.
- Initially, the clones will have 50/130/275/350 Health and 50/20/125/150 Shield. When Mysterio summons them another time, their total health will be 0.3 of the current health of the original Boss.
- Even if the player wasn't the one that aggravated Mysterio, his clones will still be hostile towards them while the real Mysterio remains neutral.
- If Mysterio eliminates or loses sight of his current target, after a short while his clones will disappear.
- When Mysterio is defeated, all of the clones will instantly disappear.
- Mysterio charges up his illusory tech, leaps into the air and vanishes before reappearing with two clones who cannot deal damage and drop no loot when eliminated. He will only begin to use this ability once he reaches less than 50% shields, 0% shields, and less than 50% health.

Trivia[]
- Mysterio wears Mysterio's Cloak as his Back Bling.
- Despite this however it will not fuse with him. The cause of this is unknown as Mysterio does not use any Boss exclusive cosmetics.
- Mysterio is the only Kingdom of Doom Boss to lack a unique Phase 2 Instrumental track. Instead reusing the track that plays for Emma Frost's Phase 2 Instrumental.
- This appears to be a mistake, as Mysterio does have his own Phase 2 Percussion layer in the same length and tempo as the rest of his Boss music, but its overlapped underneath Emma Frost's Phase 2 Instrumental layer. Making it difficult to hear.
- The Phase 2 Instrumental track will also play when Mysterio's clones are on the field, regardless if Mysterio has had his shield broke or not. In this case, the Phase 1 and Phase 2 themes conflict with one another, and will swap depending on who the player has damaged most recently.
- Mysterio's Illusory Mimics is similar to Doctor Slone's Clone Mimics. The differences being Mysterio's clones are more spread out when summoned, deal no damage to the player and Mysterio himself will not continuously summon more unless damaged with at least one clone eliminated, unlike Doctor Slone, who's clones can deal damage and her ability was only limited by an ability cooldown after all her clones are eliminated.
- Mysterio's clones have a unique smoke effect when eliminated. Indicating they were just an illusion.
- Before September 10th 2024, if the player attacks the bronze Doom statue but is too far away from Mysterio or he is preoccupied with somebody else, he will not use Illusory Warp to get behind them. But he will still become hostile towards them.
- If Mysterio is forced into a cramped 1x1 space, he will not use Illusory Mimics as there is not enough space for his clones to spawn.
- Once The Storm hits Mysterio, he will begin to turn on his Latverian Tactical Grunts, attacking them on sight. Why this happens is unknown, but it is likely rooted to how the Latverian Guards are coded.
