The Mythic Storm King, commonly abbreviated to as MSK, is a boss Monster in Fortnite: Save The World. It can be found in Twine Peaks.
Prerequisites[]
Your Power Rating needs to be a minimum of 122. If your Power Rating is lower than 122, you will not be able to fight the Mythic Storm King or receive a 
Mythic Schematic Cache.
It is still possible to get carried in the mission, in case you are underpowered.
First Time[]
- Complete
Twine Peaks Storm Shield Defense 5. - Complete the King Me Quest.
- It will unlock the Regicide one-time Quest.

Functionality[]
- After the Mythic Storm King is defeated, and if the weekly requirements are fulfilled, he will drop a Mythic Schematic Cache along with other caches.
- Upon picking it up and returning to Homebase, you will receive one random Mythic Schematic from the Storm King Weapons Set.
- If you have not already unlocked all five Mythic Schematics, you will be granted one of the missing Schematics. Duplicate schematics will not be given.
- This is called dupe protection.
- If you have already unlocked all five Mythic Schematics, you will receive one random duplicate Schematic of the five Mythic weapons.

Fighting the Mythic Storm King[]
Phases[]
- Crystals - Destroy 5 Crystals to advance to the first Horn phase. Mini Bosses spawn in this phase.
- Horn - Destroy the Horn with a melee weapon to advance to the second Crystal phase.
- Crystals - Destroy 5 Crystals to advance to the second Horn phase. Mini Bosses spawn in this phase.
- Horn - Destroy the Horn with a melee weapon to advance to the final phase.
- Final - Directly damage the Storm King.

As his name suggests, this Storm King is stronger and more difficult to fight than its Canny Valley counterpart:
- The Mythic Storm King tends to keep a certain Smasher mini-boss alive. While the Smasher is alive, the storm will keep shrinking.
- Killing the Smasher will cure the curse.
- In addition to having more health, the "stunned" duration is much shorter.
- Failing to break one of the Storm King's horns will instantly shrink the storm.
- Touching the water will hurt the commander.
- Player Jump Pads are highly recommended for this mission, as it will help you dodge the Beam Attack and get away from the Mini-Boss faster.
- It is a requirement to fight the Mythic Storm King with a full party of 4 as it is nearly impossible to fight the boss as a solo.
- The recommended heroes would be a Soldier and 3 Ninjas.
- If you can not find a team, set your Team Fill to Fill before entering the mission to have other players join you.
- Raise your Homebase Power as high as you can.
- Complete Twine Peaks Storm Shield Defense 6 to unlock the final two Survivor Squad Slots, and max out your F.O.R.T. Stats gained from the Research Lab.
- An ideal weapon loadout would be a Sniper, Launcher, and a Melee weapon. All of them must be Legendary rarity and Level 50 (Power Level 130).
- This is a fast paced mission, make sure you have quick reaction and building.
- The Horn phase is the phase where many teams fail. Do not destroy the 5th crystal (this starts the horn phase) if there are teammates downed. Have the team reach the horn as early as possible.
