O.X.R. Bases are Landmarks in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that were added in Chapter 6: Season 4 to the island Oninoshima. They are small fortifications built by Onimorph eXtermination Rangers.
There are three O.X.R. Bases in total, each marked on the map by an icon. Each O.X.R. Each base had its own O.X.R. Armory, with a small selection of items, which can be bought with Bars. Each O.X.R. Base has two characters.
At the start of a match, all O.X.R. Bases will be under attack by The Swarm, indicated by a different icon. There are two different levels of siege--one where the bugs are actively assaulting the base, and one where the bases have already been taken over.
In bases that are actively under attack, Onimorph Swarmers and Bombers will spawn there, engaging both players and stationed characters in combat. After players eliminate 15

bugs, the rest will swiftly retreat, ending the raid.
In bases that have been taken over (indicated by the destruction of the base and the presence of hives), players must liberate the base by destroying two big Nests and freeing two characters from Hive Stashes. Once these objectives have been completed, the base will be free.
Upon completion of either of these objectives, a Drop Pod will fall onto the base's landing zone, containing high-tier loot. They will also drop a Boon, with the liberated O.X.R. Base Drop Pod containing a Vulture Boon, while the under siege one contains a Storm Forecast Boon. In addition, any player inside the base (no matter what their contribution was) will be granted points towards their rank.

Update v37.10[]
- August 27th 2025: All bases are now under attack. Some O.X.R. Bases have been taken over by The Swarm, having a different objectives and rewards.
- September 2nd 2025: All bases are now freed from the attack by The Swarm, therefore removing the objectives and rewards. The Hammer Assault Rifle was removed from the O.X.R. Armories loot table.

- September 18th 2025: Added one Capture Point to each O.X.R. Base.
