Plague is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks, with the Grim Medicine Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks, or with the Down With The Sickness Bundle for 1,800 V-Bucks. Plague was first released in Season 6 and is part of the Grim Medicine Set.
LEGO® Style
Within LEGO Fortnite Odyssey and other LEGO experiences, Plague's appearance is changed to that of a LEGO® minifigure.

- Plague has a female counterpart named Scourge.
- For a time, Plague was believed to never return to the item shop due to the events of 2019 and 2020.
- Plague's icon was changed in Update v10.10.
- It was changed again in Update v31.20.
