Protect the Presents is an objective mission exclusive to the Frozen Fjords Venture Zone in Fortnite: Save the World. It requires players to defend presents. There are a total of 5 presents that drop from the sky overtime.

Your mission is:
Protect the Presents
	Find Drop Location
	Build defenses around the landing zone.
	Defend Presents
	Defend the presents from husks!
	Collect the Present
	Unwrap the gifts you've defended!

Mission Info

1. First Drop:
   • Time Until Drop: 30 Seconds
   • Number of Drops: 1 Present
   • Preparation Time: 1 Minute
   • Defense Time: 1 Minute
2. Second Drop:
   • Time Until Drop: 30 Seconds
   • Number of Drops: 2 Presents
   • Preparation Time: 2 Minutes 30 Seconds
   • Defense Time: 1 Minute
3. Third Drop
   • Time Until Drop: 1 Minute
   •  Number of Drops: 3 Presents
   • Preparation Time: 4 Minutes
   •  Defense Time: 1 Minute

Successful Mission

• Defend at least one Present to win.

Notes

• This mission is similar to Retrieve the Data.
• Sleeping Husks spawn in huge numbers in this mission.
  • They can be of any element which makes the mission great for the Ventures: Elementary quest that requires the elimination of Nature and Fire Husks.

Trivia

• This mission uses the same music as Frostnite.
• This is the second mission to feature Dennis as the narrator, first one being Survive the Night.
• At the start of the mission, Dennis mentions that he "signed us up for endless presents".
  • He signed us up "three-ish times" which is apparently why multiple presents can drop at once.

Update v27.11

• Before the Update v27.11, "Crackshot's Neighborhood" was its own independant map in the Map tab before being renamed Protect the Presents and folded into the Frozen Fjords Venture Zone in 2023.
  • As such, the mission would share your base game Backpack instead of the Ventures Backpack before this change.
• With the addition of the Frozen Fjords Venture Zone, almost all the old foliage & props, buildings and roads were replaced with Chapter 2 - 4 ones.
  • This change, however was not included in Frostnite for an unknown reason which still uses the old assets.
  • Another oversight is that Vending Machines and Repair Benches were not added to this mission, despite it being in the Venture zone.
• There are a lot of searchable present/gift box containers in this mission.
  • This is the same reason why the community used to deem this mission as the 'best' Coal farm.
  • There is a small chance of getting Active Powercells from these containers.

		Hey, Commander. Is endless presents a scam?
		Because I just signed us up for endless presents.
		It seems too good to be true.
		But when I see a flier promising an endless barrage of presents from the sky...
		You know I'm callin' that number.
		So. Get ready for sky presents!

		Oh, and I signed us up three-ish times, so expect multiple presents at once.
		My gut and/or memory tell me that when something lands in the world, husks go wild.
		So, we need to protect our presents.
		If we don't protect any of the presents, Christmas is of course ruined.
		But if we only protect one present, we'll have one present.
		I'd call that like... the smallest possible win condition.
		We should try to protect all the presents
		And do not shake the boxes. Respect the surprise.
