Psycho Bandit is a Gaming Legends Series Outfit in Fortnite, that can be purchased with the Psycho Bundle in the Item Shop for 
2,000 V-Bucks. Psycho Bandit was first released in Season X and is part of the Mayhem Set.
Psycho Bandit could also have been obtained by purchasing Borderlands 3 on the Epic Games Store before December 31st 2020.

- Psycho Bandit is implied to be Steve, a character accompanied by Claptrap in a few promos for Borderlands who appears as a generic psycho for the third game.
- His description is Steve's "catchphrase" which reinforces this possibility even more.
- Psycho Bandit's rarity was changed in the Update v15.10 from Epic to Gaming Legends Series.
- Psycho Bandit's icon was changed in the Update v25.20.
