Purple Steel Bridge  was a Landmark in Fortnite: Battle Royale added in Chapter 2: Season 1 to the island Apollo. It is a large purple bridge which crosseed the river between Weeping Woods and Sludgy Swamp, inside coordinate C3.

  • Purple Steel Bridge was added to the map.

Update v13.00[]

  • Purple Steel Bridge was partially flooded over

Update v13.30[]

  • July 24th 2020 - The water level has lowered, completely uncovering the bridge and making it accessible. A gas station has also appeared near the bridge.

Update v14.00[]

  • The GAS Station at Purple Steel Bridge has randomly disappeared.

Update v14.10[]

  • The GAS Station has returned.

Update v15.00[]

Update v16.00[]

  • Sparkplug can no longer be found at Purple Steel Bridge.

Content Update v18.40[]

  • December 4th 2021 - The hills near and around the location are complete in their corruption from The Cube Queen.

The End[]

  • Like every other location on Apollo, Purple Steel Bridge is flipped with the rest of the island.

  • Purple Steel Bridge is destroyed by The Herald offscreen.

    • Purple Steel Bridge is the smallest of all the colored Steel Bridges in Apollo
    • It is one of five named bridges on the island that are all similar save for the color of the steel in the bridges. The colors of those named bridges are Purple, Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue.
