Rebirth Harley Quinn is a DC Series Outfit in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,200 V-Bucks. Rebirth Harley Quinn was first released in Chapter 2: Season 7 and is part of the ...And Red All Over Set.
Rebirth Harley Quinn can also be obtained by redeeming a code found in a copy of Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point Issue 1 for $4.99.

Harley Quinn is a character from Gotham City. The former girlfriend and sidekick to The Joker; a criminal psychologist turned flamboyant criminal menace. While her intentions are typically good, her methods often portray her insanity; Quinn has acted as both ally and enemy to Batman.
Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point Issue 1[]
She fights Batman before getting into the island, after saying "They" already went through. She then jumps into the Crack in the sky and enters The Loop.
Batman/Fortnite: Zero Point Issue 2[]
Batman and Catwoman then finds her in Steamy Stacks eliminating groups of combatants; they then strike at her and after a bit of fight, she headbutts Batman into The Storm resulting his temporary death.
