Rift Gate is an inter-reality portal device that was designed to open controllable Rift Gates to any Reality. It is powered by raw and unstable Kinetic Ore and was created by Rift Warden Stellan for the Ageless Champion and The Shapeless Man.
Overview[]
The Rift Gate is a model of a bridge between realities, designed by Rift Warden Stellan, under the orders of The Ageless Champion, and in secret, of the Shapeless Man.
It took centuries for Stellan to complete, as Oathbound's technology didn't allow them to refine the Kinetic Ore. When Stellan obtained Refined Kinetic Ore from The Looper, the Shapeless Man returned to Stellan's dream, urging him to finish the gate now that he had everything in hand.
After The Looper's help in its realization and finalization, the portal was ready. During the testing phase of the portal, the coordinates were set to "2138" however, it was sabotaged by Evie and Scrapknight Jules with its destination changed to Reality: 783 and became uncontrollable. The portal eventually exploded, creating a rift in the sky that threatened the whole Reality.
Thankfully the Rift dit not damage Reality and simply brought MEGA City to the Island, like it was planned for the saboteurs.

- Construction has started on the Rift Gate.

- The base of the Rift Gate has been completed.
- January 24th 2023: Upper parts have been assembled.
Update v23.30[]
- The construction has been completed.
Update v23.50[]
- The Rift Gate is now indestructible.
- February 28th 2023: The Rift Gate has been activated, but sabotaged.
- March 3rd 2023: The Rift Gate has started to destabilize.
- March 5th 2023: The Rift Gate started shaking.
- March 7th 2023 (2:30 AM ET): The Rift Gate exploded and made a Sideways Rift above the Citadel.

Trivia[]
- AMIE intended to use the Rift Gate once finished in order to save The Scientist, however, as it was sabotaged and became unstoppable before exploding, she wasn't able to use it.
- The Shapeless Man's true goal with the Rift Gate remains unknown.
- While he seemed to want the gate to be able to travel realities, Stellan's failure was a win for the Shapeless Man, according to the former.
