Royale Shield is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite, that could have been unlocked by reaching Tier 21 of the Season 2 Battle Pass. Royale Shield is part of the Fort Knights Set.
Trivia[]
- Royale Shield is identical to the Squire Shield, also unlocked in the Season 2 Battle Pass. This is due to them being originally attached to their respective Outfits, with both having the same appearance. With the introduction of Back Blings in Season 3, instead of making a single shield into a Back Bling, Epic Games decided to make two identical ones.
- In Season 5, a shield which appears to be a redesign for one of them was added to the files. This would likely have been the solution to them looking identical, but in the end it never got used.
