SHADOW Henchman were hostile Guards in Fortnite: Battle Royale. They were introduced during Chapter 2: Season 2.
Description[]
They could have been found in 
SHADOW controlled POIs and will shoot at the player if they notice them undisguised. Doing small visual reactions for getting suspicious and spotting a target.
They could have been knocked down and Shaken Down to reveal and mark nearby chests, henchmen, cameras, players, and the location of their boss if one was present.

- In the game files, many different versions of SHADOW Henchmen can be found:
- NPC_M_HenchmanBad - Named PERF OPTIMIZED; Used as the main model in Chapter 2: Season 2. Can be accessed via the Guard Spawner.
- 706_M_HenchmanBad_34LVU - Outfit sold in the Item Shop.
- 780_M_HenchmanBadShorts - One of Chapter 2: Season 3 models. Each model has a different skin tone.
- 782_M_HenchmanBadShorts_B - One of Chapter 2: Season 3 models. Each model has a different skin tone.
- 793_M_HenchmanBadShorts_C - One of Chapter 2: Season 3 models. Each model has a different skin tone.
- 794_M_HenchmanBadShorts_D - One of Chapter 2: Season 3 models. Each model has a different skin tone.
- NPC_HenchmanBadShorts - Another duplicate of the Chapter 2: Season 3 model.
- Their models differed from the SHADOW Enforcer model as they had earpieces that are absent from the Outfit version. The earpiece is similar to the ones worn by Brutus, Meowscles, and Midas.
- This earpiece is still present in the Guard Spawner model.
- For Chapter 2: Season 3, they wore shorts instead of long pants to fit the summer theme. This change in legwear also removes the earpiece.
- Theres an unused model of a female version of the Henchmen found in the files. The reason for why it was never used is unknown.
