Saltwater Satchel is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Fishstick for 
1,200 V-Bucks or with the Fishstick Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks. Saltwater Satchel was first released in Season 7 and is part of the Fish Food Set.
