Scourge is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Grim Medicine Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks. Scourge was first released in Season 6 and is part of the Grim Medicine Set.
LEGO® Style
Within LEGO Fortnite Odyssey and other LEGO experiences, Scourge's appearance is changed to that of a LEGO® minifigure.

Scourge received a higher-detailed style in Update v29.40, which replaced the original one. Since Update v28.20, players have had the option to choose between both.

- Scourge has a male counterpart named Plague.
- For a time, Scourge was believed to never return to the item shop due to the events of 2019 and 2020.
- Scourge's icon was changed in the Update v10.10.
- It was changed again in the Update v31.20.
- The Character Collection Book description for Haven mentions her being Scourge's handler.
