Seaport City is a Named Location in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that was added in Chapter 6: Season 1 to the island Oninoshima.

The city is located on the water as the name suggests, and is highly vertical, with combat occurring both on the streets below, on the rooftops of the under-construction buildings, and in the interiors and storefronts at ground level. The Train passes through the city on a set of elevated tracks, and temporarily comes to a stop at a station. To the west of the city is a large suspension bridge that crosses the bay.

Seaport City and MEGA City have some similarities.
- The overall shape of the POI is similar.
- Props seen originally in MEGA City also appear in Seaport City.
- Both POI's have docks, which outlook large bridges - those being Shattered Span (formerly Shining Span), and Neon Bay Bridge respectively.
Seaport City, Foxy Floodgate and Canyon Crossing have two reboot vans. This is the third occurrence of this in Fortnite: Battle Royale; the other two were Command Cavern in Chapter 3 and Reckless Railways in Chapter 5.
Four items codenamed "JadeTowel" can be found on the ground in various buildings.
- All four of them are unbreakable.
- The item appears to be a leek wrapped in a roll-up bag.
  - This would later be revealed as Leek-To-Go - Hatsune Miku's Back Bling.
