Season 2 of Fortnite: Battle Royale started on December 14th, 2017, and ended on February 21st, 2018.

The theme for this season is the medieval times.

The Battle Pass

The biggest feature added in Season 2 is the Battle Pass. For only a cost of 950 V-Bucks, you unlock an exclusive collection of challenges and free rewards only available in the Battle Pass. The Battle Pass has 70 tiers, which can be earned through Battle Stars from challenges, with the number being increased to 100 starting Season 3.
