Secret Challenges are Challenges or Quests that do not show up on any tab or area in the lobby, and are typically either discovered by accident, or through datamining. These challenges usually revolve around a side story that progresses as a Chapter goes on, and serves no real purpose to the overarching Story, other than being for fun and existing as little easter eggs.

During Chapter 3: Season 2, secret quests would be added relating to the return of Klombos following their vaulting at the end of Chapter 3: Season 1.

Approaching this convention would lead to the knockoff Slurp barrel exploding, completing the challenge, and causing the grey gnome to disappear. |
Update v14.10 | The Event of the Year | 20,000 | On the outer fence of Logjam Woodworks, would be a poster depicting said gnome next to the logo of "Super Slurp Juice". This was likely an advertisement for their show at the convention. A poster could also have been found on the island The Authority was on, with a gnome looking at it. Looking at either of these up close would complete the challenge. Additionally, at Sweaty Sands, a smaller poster could have been found underneath the stairs to the gas station, also with a gnome looking at it, though it would not complete the challenge. |
Update v14.20 | The Aftermath | 20,000 | A group of gnomes hid at Hydro 16 seemingly discuss the event, as one had a poster with the knockoff "Super Slurp" logo on it. Destroying at least one would complete the challenge. |

Update v14.20 | Disarm Traps/The Traps | 20,000 | The Evil Gnome appeared to have booby trapped the barrels of "Super Slurp", and if the player went to various Locations to "Disarm Trap!" it would fail to harm the surrounding gnomes, and the challenge would be complete. The locations of said traps were at Steamy Stacks, Craggy Cliffs, Misty Meadows, Sweaty Sands, and Holly Hedges. |
Update v14.30 | Most Wanted | 10,000 | A spray/graffiti of the Evil Cyborg Gnome could have been found at Camp Cod, along with some of their "inventions", or so. Finding it would complete the challenge. |
Update v14.40 | Cleanse Tanks | 10,000 | The Evil Gnome who was experimenting on the Slurp Vats in Slurpy Swamp, turning them green. Standing in them would purify or "cleanse" them. |
Update v14.40 | Escape? | 10,000 | Approaching the Evil Gnome after cleansing the tanks would lead to it blasting off in an "escape" attempt. |
Update v14.50 | Grave Mistake | 20,000 | The Evil Gnome had perished at this point, and a memorial for him was found near Slurpy Swamp, where the player could interact with it to "Pay Respects". |

Update v13.30 | Taught Coral Buddies Stonecrafting | 25,000 | Giving the Coral Buddies 300 stone on a small pile of stone will enact a miniature pyramid in its place and complete the quest. |
Update v13.30 | Sculpted Coral Kingdom Border Monuments | 25,000 | Going near the borders of the location the Coral Buddies are found it would lie three stone blocks. Hitting them with a Harvesting Tool would turn them into a miniature statue of something resembling a structure built in Ancient Egypt. Doing it to all three of them would complete the challenge and give the player the "Riddle of the Sphinx" Legacy. |
Update v13.40 | Coral Buddies Reach for the Stars | 25,000 | When the player visits the Coral Buddies island in the top left of the map and goes to "Give 100 Metal", a rocket will appear, followed by a countdown from 3, until the rocket blasts off, along with a high pitched "Liftoff!". The player will then get the "To Infinity and Beyond!" Legacy. |
Update v13.40 | Coral Buddies Enter the Nuclear Age | 25,000 | Going to the edge the location to find and "Collect Nuclear Container" will prompt the player to bring it back to a test site. In doing so will prompt the player to "Begin Atomic Test!" After this is done, another countdown is initiated, until a miniature atomic explosion is set off on the small island. |

The player would have to go to Weeping Woods and find five spots gnomes had telescopes. Interacting (Verbatim: Aim Telescope) with all five will complete this reward. |
