Shiver is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite: Battle Royale that can be bought in the Item Shop for 1,500 V-Bucks. Shiver was first released in Chapter 2: Season 1.
Cosmetic Review
Usually called the icy version of Malice with ice horns, Shiver is actually part of the "Ice Kingdom" set which includes The Ice King and Queen Outfits. This suggests that this might be The Ice King and Queen's teenager daughter. She also seems to be the ice counterpart of the Malice Outfit.
She is also the owner of the Shiver Inn which was melted when the snow was removed.
