The Siege Cannons are an environmental trap in Fortnite: Battle Royale introduced in Chapter 3: Season 2.
Functionality[]
The Siege Cannon has two uses: Attacking Opponents, and launching a player long distances. The Siege Cannon has one seat, and works similar to a Pirate Cannon. The player can shoot a projectile, which will deal damage. The player can also lock inside the cannon, then trigger the cannon to shoot, and be launched out at a high speed. The player will then land safely, but cannot control their character unless they deploy their glider or land.
Stats[]
The Siege Cannon deals 50 damage per shot (50 Damage Per Second). It has 400HP. Damage to vehicles and structures is increased to 400.

Strategy[]
- If you ping a location less than 250 meters away, the horizontal and vertical lines will have a ping icon on them. If you center both the icons, the cannon will strike that exact location.
- Siege Cannons deal high structure damage. Use this to your advantage by obliterating buildings enemy players can hide in.
- You can hide in a Siege Cannon by locking yourself in it without launching.
- When an enemy is shooting at your Siege Cannon, immediately lock in to avoid direct damage.
