Skull and Crossed Swords is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
200 V-Bucks. Skull and Crossed Swords was released in Chapter 5: Season 3 and is part of the part of the Pirates of the Caribbean Set.
Skull and Crossed Swords could have also been obtained for free by reaching Tier 4 in the Cursed Sails Pass.
