Slipstream Surfer is an Icon Series Glider in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
800 V-Bucks or with the Lewis Hamilton Gear Bundle for 1,000 V-Bucks. Slipstream Surfer was first released in Chapter 4: Season OG and is part of the Lewis Hamilton Set.
