Slurp Barrels are a type of prop in Fortnite: Battle Royale. They were introduced in Chapter 2: Season 1.
Functionality[]
Slurp Barrels are used to heal 10 HP. This is achieved by destroying the barrel, and being in close proximity to its explosion. This can be achieved most easily with a Pickaxe, but is also achievable with standard weaponry, and destroying them by building.

Chapter 2[]
Slurp Barrels are found at various locations across the map, but are most plentiful at Sludgy Swamp. Slurp Barrels are located at the following locations:
- The Attic of Stick's Restaurant, at Craggy Cliffs.
- On the side of the road at various locations.
- Scattered across Sludgy Swamp, mainly inside buildings in groups of 3-4, or outside stacked by forklifts.
- At an abandoned shack in the Swamps, very south of the map.
- Around and inside Sharky Shell.
- At Fork Knife Food Truck.
- At Dampy Dish.
- East of Blue Steel Bridge.
- In the gas station at Lazy Lake.
- At Shanty Town.
- Under the yellow shipping container in Weeping Woods.
- At Base Rio.
- In the basement under FN Radio.

- At Behemoth Bridge.
- At the gas station west of Camp Cuddle.
- In the basement under Butter Barn.
- At the gas station east of Butter Barn.
- At the gas station west of Logjam Lumberyard.
- At the bridge north of Camp Cuddle.

- If you happen to drive near a collection of barrels, it is worth ramming them to destroy them, as they will instantly heal the players inside the vehicle.
- Heal with Slurp Barrels after consuming Small Shield Potions, as destroying them prior will still only heal you to 50 shield.
- Slurp Barrels heal Health and Shield, so they can be used in situations which require the gaining of either resource.
- If you need to heal quick, build pyramids over stacks of Slurp Barrels, the resulting builds will instantly destroy the barrels.
Trivia[]
- During Chapter 2: Season 4, as part of an unmarked quest, players could find barrels of Super Slurp Juice underneath the GHOST House, as well as at various locations such as Sweaty Sands. When attacked, they would not take damage nor give the player any health.
- Pinging a Slurp Barrel shows a bugged icon, which overlaps the standard circular icon of the ping, and instead displays a grey square with the barrel inside.
- They were likely produced at Slurpy Swamp prior to its abduction, considering it was a Slurp factory.
- The Party Animal Pickaxe resembles a Slurp Barrel on its head. Since it was released long before Chapter 2, it is possible the Slurp Barrels are based on Party Animal.
- As of Chapter 3: Season 4, Slurp Barrels give 100 XP per barrel harvested. Players do not get XP for breaking them with other methods.
