The Small Shield Potion is an Uncommon Consumable Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale that was introduced in Chapter 5: Season 1.
Functionality[]
Consuming one Small Shield Potion will increase the Shield by 25, but will cap at 50, and attempting to consume one after reaching the limit will warn the player with the message 'Small Shield Limit Reached'. It can be used while moving.
Small Shield Potions can be thrown by holding the Aim button and using the projectile arc to guide them. Once landed it will ping its location to squad-mates.
Small Shield Potions can only heal shield to a limit of 50% of the maximum shield value.

- Always drink Small Shield Potions before drinking a regular shield potion, as those can be used to get to max shield, but not vice versa
- Small Shield Potions are useful to consuming in fights at low shield, as they are very fast to consume and can give you the health you need to survive.
