Snackshot is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased with the Crackabella Outfit in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Nutcracker Bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks. Snackshot was first released in Season 7 and is part of the Nutcracker Set.
