Sniper Shootout is a Limited Time Mode in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It was introduced on 29th January, 2018.
LTM Rules and Gameplay[]
In this LTM, the only available weapons are Sniper Rifles. Additionally, Down But Not Out is disabled in this LTM, which means players are eliminated instantly. When you shoot a weapon, your location is revealed to everyone. However, this does not apply to the Suppressed Sniper Rifle.

In this LTM, try to avoid getting into close range with opponents. Also, the Suppressed Sniper Rifle does not reveal your location, making it an ideal long-range weapon to use.
