Snobby Shores was a Named Location introduced in Season 2 of Chapter 1. It is located on the very west side of Athena.
Overview[]
Snobby Shores was themed around an extremely rich and fancy, seaside neighborhood, therefore the name Snobby Shores. It was typically not very dangerous as it was usually far from the bus path, there was a copious amount of loot as well. In the modern ranch furthest south, there is a secret underground bunker with up to three chests. In the southwest corner of the house, there is a big cabinet/dresser. If you chop this, assets of stairs lead into a bunker behind it. Snobby Shores is typically outside of the circle.
In the two biggest houses in the north, up to 4 chests could spawn. The one with a basketball court tended to have a chest on the bench just outside the court. People tended to go more to this one rather than the one next to it. These houses could have been up to four floors high, counting the attic. It was also near the coastline, making the only neighbors Greasy Grove, the Sports Center next to Tilted Towers, and Haunted Hills.
Like most locations, in Season 7 the snow covered half of Snobby Shores.
Notes[]
- In the mountains near Snobby Shores there was a "Supervillain Base", complete with a large rocket. Players had to use their building skills to gain entry.
- The Rocket inside launched on June 30, 2018 for the Blast Off event and started the storyline as we know it today.
- Between Snobby Shores and Greasy Grove, a giant dinosaur footprint had smashed through a house.
- To the southeast atop the high mountain between Snobby Shores and Greasy Grove was a Viking Ship, Village, and waterfall, introduced with Season 5.

- October 13, 2019: Snobby Shores was sucked into the black hole, along with the rest of Athena.
Chapter 4: Season OG[]
- November 3, 2023: Snobby Shores was readded, along with the rest of Athena.
- December 2, 2023: Snobby Shores was was removed, along with the rest of Athena.
