The Snowy Flopper is a Fish found in Fortnite: Battle Royale. They were added in Chapter 2: Season 5 for Operation: Snowdown.

Fishing

Snowy Floppers are caught usually in Fishing Holes, but they can be caught in calm waters too at a still decent chance. They are found in any body of water.

The maximum size a Snowy Flopper can be is 60cm, with the minimum being 30cm.

Functionality

Snowy Floppers are consumed to heal 40 Health. They can only be consumed at any Health Level. Snowy Floppers also give the player icy feet, like that of a Chiller Grenade, allowing for fast, but uncontrolled movement.

Snowy Floppers can be thrown by holding the Aim button and using the projectile arc to guide them. Once landed, it will ping its location to squad-mates

Obtained

Snowy Floppers can be only be found by Fishing.

Stats

Snowy Floppers heal 40 Health. They take 1 second to consume.

Snowy Floppers are useful for quick movement. However, like all items that give icy feet, it is very hard to control movement or reduce the speed the player moves at, as well as sliding down slopes. Therefore the Snowy Flopper should be used with caution.
