Southpaw is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite, that could have been obtained by becoming a member of the Fortnite Crew during May 2022, as part of the May 2022 Fortnite Crew Pack. Southpaw was released in Chapter 3: Season 2 and is part of the Go the Distance Set.
