Spectral Mineral Powder is a Crafting Ingredient in Fortnite: Save the World that is currently unreleased. Its design is similar to that of the Shield Potion in Fortnite: Battle Royale.
Spectral Mineral Powder was accidentally granted to players as part of a compensation following an inventory-wipe bug.
Epic Games has stated that even if an additional tier were to be added, new crafting materials would be used instead of reusing Spectral Mineral Powder.[1]
