Spike Chamber is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Ruckus for 
1,200 V-Bucks or with the Wasteland Warriors Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks. Mayhem was first released in Season 6 and is part of the Wasteland Warriors Set.
