Trivia[]
- The Spire Guardians' codename is Outter.
- The Spire Guardians were voiced by Mara Junot. The same voice actress for Doctor Slone.
- The Spire Guardians' appearance is very similar to the Spire Assassin Outfit's model. Though with a different helmet and a few details either simplified or stripped down.
- Spire Guardians' Boss Outfit ID is CID_NPC_Athena_Commando_F_TowerSentinel. Using the exact same code name as Spire Assassin.
- The Epic TBD Outfit used for the Spire Guardians that was only available on developer accounts show that they had alternate styles. The first style was called NPC Helm A and was used for all the Spire Guardians around the island, and the second style was called NPC Helm B and was used for the Spire Assassin Boss.
- Despite being part of The Spire Cult, the Spire Guardians will attack the Spire Assassin if they encounter each other. However if they meet Glyph Master Raz or Doctor Slone, they won't attack each other and will team up with them against the players.
- The Spire Guardians, along with the Spire Assassin were the first human Bosses to have a visible Health bar above them when damaged. A trait that would carry over with every other Boss in the future.
- They were still present in Solid Gold and High Explosives Limited Time Modes, along with Glyph Master Raz.
- At the very beginning of Chapter 2: Season 7, The Spire Guardians still appeared in the Battle Lab despite having been removed from other modes. This was later fixed.
