Steelfeather Shield is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Antheia for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Courageous Era Bundle for 2,300 V-Bucks. Steelfeather Shield was first released in Chapter 2: Season 4 and is part of the Courageous Era Set.
