When choosing between the Striker Burst Rifle and the Holo Twister Assault Rifle, keep in mind that the Holo Twister Assault Rifle has a higher zoom scope, making it better past mid range, but the Striker Burst Rifle is much more rewarding of accuracy and is better at close-mid range.
Despite its easy to control recoil, keep in mind that the first shot of the initial burst is much higher, so it must be controlled for maximum effectiveness.

Damage decreases down to 88% of its maximum at 75 meters (15 tiles).
Damage reaches its minimum value of 82% of its maximum at 90 meters (18 tiles).

The Striker Burst Rifle is the preferred weapon for medium and long range combat as it has a red dot sight for precise accuracy.
The Striker Burst Rifle is unsuitable for destroying structures in Solos due to its 2 shot burst function.
Despite its easy to control recoil, keep in mind that the first shot of the initial burst is much higher, so it must be controlled for maximum effectiveness.

Counters[]

The Striker Burst Rifle has a very poor hipfire spread, so close range engagements can easily overwhelm an opponent using it.
Building or running between natural cover can also be a very effective counter, as due to the 2 shot burst function, the Striker Burst Rifle is very weak against structures.

Striker Burst Rifle resembles the Steyr AUG-A3^[1].
- The Striker Burst Rifle weapon used the same icon and model as the former Epic and Legendary Burst Assault Rifle.
  - Due to the Striker Burst Rifle using the same icon and model as the Epic/Legendary Burst Assault Rifle prior to Chapter 3: Season 2, the low tier Burst Assault Rifle model and icon (modeled after the FAMAS F1) are now used for its higher tier versions to avoid confusion.
The Striker Burst Rifle is the second Battle Royale weapon to feature a red dot sight. The first one to do so was the MK-Seven Assault Rifle.
The current damage stats are the same as those of the triple-burst Burst Assault Rifle prior to Chapter 2: Season 3.
A Common Striker Burst Rifle is shown in the Fortnite: Reload trailer, even though it is not available in the mode at the time.
The Tactical Assault Rifle recycles the Striker Burst Rifle's 1st person scope. Despite the design not matching the red dot on the Tactical Assault Rifle.
