As of 2021 there are a total of 192 Unique Heroes Commanders. Define as unique "base hero skins" with unique commander perks; meaning rarity, duplicates and reskins are ignored and not counted:
- the hero packs (i.e. metal team leader, scrapper samurai, etc.) those don't count because they're just re-skins
- the founders heroes don't count because they're reskins
- there's two twitch prime they're reskins
- The four xbox and four playstation skins those are all reskins
- Holiday events heroes (i.e. jingle jess, brainiac jonesy, skull trooper ramirez) are duplicates and reskins.
- the birthday heroes are duplicates.
