Tarr's Heart is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Ava for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with the Underland Nexus Bundle for 1,900 V-Bucks. Tarr's Heart was first released in Chapter 3: Season 4 and is part of the Underland Nexus Set.
