Tendril Tote is a Marvel Series Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop with Venom for 
2,000 V-Bucks or with the Venom Bundle for 2,800 V-Bucks. Tendril Tote was first released in Chapter 2: Season 4 and is part of the Venom Set.
Tendril Tote could also have been obtained for free by competing and ranking high enough in the Venom Cup on November 18th 2020.
