The Axe of Champions is an Epic Pickaxe in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,200 V-Bucks. The Axe of Champions was first released in Chapter 2: Season 2 and is part of the FNCS Set.
The Axe of Champions could have also been obtained by winning the Fortnite Champion Series, by ranking high enough in the Axe of Champions Cup on August 30th 2025 or by redeeming a code given to attendees of the FNCS Pro-Am.

- Originally, if a new duo from each region wins in the next FNCS, The Axe of Champions gets taken away from the previous owners. This release strategy was carried over to future variants of the pickaxe.
- Long after it stopped being a temporary reward for FNCS winners, physical codes for the pickaxe were made available at the Fortnite Champion Series 2025 - Pro-Am event.
- In 2025, The Axe Of Champions was released into the Item Shop in the same set as a Jam Track from artist D4vd, who surprisingly developed very serious allegations before the set even left the Shop. For this reason the full set may not ever return unmodified if at all.
