The Pit was a Landmark in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that was added in Chapter 6: Season 2 to the island Oninoshima. The Pit was a viaduct spanning a large gorge that has been dotted with numerous metal spikes at the bottom.

The Pit's design is heavily influenced by the Pit II stage from Mortal Kombat (2011).
- The wall below the Pit is a reference to the hidden Pit Bottom stage from Mortal Kombat (1992), where the series' first secret character fight took place.
Like with Crime City and Nightshift Forest, the Pit will automatically switch to a nighttime setting whenever the player approaches the location.
Multiple pickles can be found impaled on the metal spikes on the pillars supporting the viaduct and on the ground. These are a stand in for the actual Pit Bottom's dead bodies that can be found in Mortal Kombat.
