Tomatohead is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks, with the Sliced Bundle for 2,400 V-Bucks or with HeyStan's Locker Bundle for 2,300 V-Bucks. Tomatohead was first released in Season 3 and is part of the Pizza Pit Set.

- Tomatohead was the first cosmetic item to receive a new style after its release.
- Tomatohead has a female counterpart named Crustina.
- Similar to Beef Boss, Tomatohead's design is inspired by the logo of one of the in-game restaurants, Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit.
- Tomatohead's icon was changed in Update v11.20.
- In Batman/Fortnite: Foundation, Tomatohead seems to have an actual tomato for a head instead of just wearing a costume.
