The Tomatohead Challenges are a set of Challenges in Fortnite: Battle Royale, available from August 23rd 2018 for anyone who has purchased the Tomatohead Outfit. Tomatohead Challenges were released in Season 5 and rewarded players with the Tomatohead Crown Style.
