Toon Meowscles is a Rare Outfit in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
1,400 V-Bucks, with the Toon Meowscles Bundle for 1,700 V-Bucks, or with Trippie Redd's Locker Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks. Toon Meowscles was first released in Chapter 2: Season 6 and is part of the Inkville Gang Set.
LEGO® Style
Within LEGO Fortnite and other LEGO experiences, Toon Meowscles's appearance is changed to that of a LEGO® minifigure.
