Toothpick is a Marvel Series Pickaxe in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
800 V-Bucks or with the Ant-Man Bundle for 2,100 V-Bucks. Toothpick was first released in Chapter 2: Season 5 and is part of the Ant-Man Set.
