Toxic Fusion is an Epic Outfit in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
800 V-Bucks or with the Toxic Fusion Bundle for 1,100 V-Bucks. Toxic Fusion was first released in Chapter 6: Season 2 and is part of the Nuclear Fusion Set.

- This version of Fusion presents several differences compared to its original counterpart.
- Toxic Fusion is solely inspired from the Nuclear Fusion, with the "toxicity" of the radiations generated.
- Toxic Fusion does not appear to be the result of the fusion of two individuals owning a Zero Point like orb, but rather an individual with a powerful nuclear energy source.
- This also imply Toxic Fusion is not the same character as Fusion but an alternate reality counterpart.
- The process reminds of Megalo Don powering up himself with Nitro, which was noted by The Machinist to be the result of as a nuclear fusion.
- Toxic Fusion and its related items's respective names and descriptions are almost identical, to the word, to the descriptions of Fusion and its related items.
