Triarch Nox was a Character introduced during Chapter 4: Season 2. He could have been found either in Lonely Labs or near Windcatch Lake. Searching the Syndicate Quests computers would instantly make him hostile.

Lore[]
Triarch Nox is a former member of both The Triarchs and The Unseen. He was first introduced in Chapter 4: Season 2, where he prevented anyone from accessing the Peace Syndicate's servers after Dahlia sabotaged them in the Syndicate Quests.
He is a major antagonist of Fortnite: Battle Royale, serving as the overarching antagonist of Chapter 4: Season 2 and a minor character in Chapter 4: Season 3 and Chapter 4: Season 4.
Appearance[]
Nox is a black and white, muscular humanoid adorned with chromatic-aberration and square patterns. His body produces occasional bursts of white and red lightning. He has a glowing, white diamond-shaped eye, although his wanted poster depicts it as purple.
Personality[]
Nox was once kind and peaceful as the ruler of his kingdom. After the destruction of his realm and his following encounter with a "decaying force", he became the erratic and hostile figure now known throughout MEGA City.
Timeline[]
Before Chapter 4[]
During his time as a member of The Triarchs, Nox ruled his domain in peaceful harmony alongside Aurora and the Third Triarch. However, after the fall of their kingdom, Nox fled, wandering across The Omniverse and abandoning the other two Triarchs alongside remains of their realm. His subsequent encounter with a "decaying force"[1] changed him for the worse, and as he traveled across galaxies and realities, he'd seemingly leave behind a path of destruction which would later be found by Aurora. Stories of his actions began to spread, conflicting the tranquility he was once known for.[2]
Eventually, Nox arrived in MEGA City. There he allied himself with The Unseen, and notably, Dahlia.
Chapter 4: Season 2[]
Nox could be found guarding the Peace Syndicate's terminals within Lonely Labs and Windcatch Lake.
Nox later tries to eliminate The Looper, but fails. Afterwards, he is marked as an outlaw, with wanted posters of him appearing across MEGA City.
Chapter 4: Season 3[]
Era warns Nox that Aurora is coming, claiming to know he’s been avoiding her[3] - although this is not the truth as Nox had arrived with a specific purpose.
Chapter 4: Season 4[]
Nox infiltrates Kado Thorne's vault to reclaim a relic from his kingdom before quietly leaving the Island. Aurora believes Nox seeks redemption and intends to rebuild their kingdom, though his intentions remain unclear.
Trivia[]
- The galaxies and realities seemingly destroyed by Nox, as well as his collaboration with Dahlia, imply he may be connected to The Last Reality in some way.
